Built for federal, prime, and dual-use programs — from a technical foundation first.
Kestrel is being built to support U.S. federal government customers, defense prime contractors, and subcontract opportunities. The technical and supply-chain capability described throughout this site comes first; the contracting infrastructure below is being built alongside it.
Government programs, primes, and the technology companies that supply them.
Government programs
Component sourcing and supply-chain support aligned to program technical and origin requirements.
Prime contractors
Subcontract-level component sourcing, qualification, and documentation support.
Defense technology & dual-use companies
UAS, robotics, autonomy, and aerospace companies serving both government and commercial customers.
Sourcing built around NDAA Section 889 from day one.
Kestrel's supplier identification and provenance-review process is structured to avoid covered telecommunications and video-surveillance equipment and services under Section 889 of the National Defense Authorization Act — including products, components, and services from Huawei, ZTE, Hytera, Hikvision, Dahua, and their subsidiaries and affiliates. This describes how Kestrel sources and evaluates components; it is not a government-issued certification, and Kestrel makes no claim of formal DoD, Blue UAS, or CMMC approval (see registration status below).
What's in place, and what's still in progress.
In the interest of accuracy, here is Kestrel's current federal contracting status. Nothing below is claimed as active or approved unless marked as such.

Coming once there's something to put in it.
A formal Capability Statement will be published here once Kestrel's registrations, NAICS codes, and past-performance record support one. Until then, the capabilities described on this site are the accurate current picture.
